隐私政策

本隐私政策旨在说明锦鸿易道（以下简称「本应用」）如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息。

一、我们收集的信息

账号信息 注册和登录时收集：邮箱地址（邮箱注册）或手机号码（手机号注册）。

手机号码信息 当您选择「手机号注册」时，本应用将收集您的中国大陆手机号码，用于：

• 发送短信验证码（通过腾讯云短信服务），验证手机号真实性；
• 作为登录账号标识，与您设置的密码共同完成登录；
• 找回密码时的身份核验。

验证码短信由腾讯云短信服务发送，本应用不读取您的短信内容，亦不收集通讯录、通话记录等其他手机数据。

服务信息 使用命理分析时收集：出生年月日、出生时辰、性别（仅用于易学排盘计算，不与真实身份绑定）。

设备信息 设备唯一标识符（随机生成，仅用于统计免费使用次数，不收集IMEI、序列号等敏感硬件信息）。

日志信息 功能使用记录、错误日志（用于改善服务稳定性，不记录分析内容）。

语音数据 （敏感个人信息） 当您使用「语音指令」功能时，本应用将申请麦克风权限，并在您主动触发录音期间采集您的语音内容（m4a 格式音频文件）。

• 语音数据仅在您主动按下录音按钮时采集，不进行后台持续录音；
• 语音音频经加密后实时传输至百度语音识别服务进行文字转写，转写完成后立即丢弃，不在本地或服务器留存；
• 识别结果（文字）仅用于执行本次语音指令操作，不进行存储、分析或用于其他用途；
• 您可随时在系统设置中关闭麦克风权限，关闭后语音指令功能将不可用，不影响其他功能正常使用。

设备相册（照片库）写入 当您在「性格分析报告」页面主动点击「导出分析报告」时，本应用将申请相册（照片库）写入权限，将报告以图片形式保存至您的设备相册。

• 该权限仅在您主动点击导出按钮时申请，不在后台静默申请；
• 本应用仅向相册写入报告图片，不会读取、上传或收集您相册中的任何照片；
• 您可随时在系统设置中关闭相册权限，关闭后报告导出至相册功能不可用，不影响其他功能。

案例导入数据 当您使用八字/六爻的「导入案例」功能时，您需主动从设备本地选择 Excel 文件（.xlsx），本应用将读取并解析该文件中的命主姓名、出生信息（或干支时间）等内容，并按您的操作保存为命理案例记录。

• 该数据由您主动选择文件提供，本应用不会自动扫描或读取您设备中的其他文件；
• 导入的案例数据存储于您的账号下，用途与手动录入的案例完全一致（仅用于易学排盘与历史查阅）；
• 每个模块累计案例上限为 5000 条，单次导入上限为 500 条。

相册读取权限 （敏感个人信息） 当您在以下场景中主动选择图片时，本应用将申请相册（照片库）读取权限：

• 赞赏验证：在「赞赏兑换」流程中，您需从相册选择一张微信转账截图，用于验证您的赞赏行为并发放兑换次数；
• 风水罗盘：在「风水罗盘」页面，您可从相册选择一张照片叠加显示在罗盘上，作为参考底图；
• 该权限仅在您主动触发选图操作时申请，不在后台静默申请或扫描您的相册；
• 您可随时在系统设置中关闭相册读取权限，关闭后对应选图功能不可用，不影响其他功能。

磁力计数据 当您使用「风水罗盘」功能时，本应用将调用设备的磁力计传感器获取当前方位角度数据，用于实时显示罗盘指针方向。

• 磁力计数据仅在风水罗盘页面激活期间实时读取，不进行存储、上传或与您的身份信息关联；
• 离开罗盘页面后，磁力计数据流立即停止；
• 该传感器数据为设备系统级读取，本应用不申请额外权限。

应用热更新数据 本应用使用 Expo OTA 热更新服务推送应用新版本。每次启动时，App 会向 Expo 更新服务器发送设备标识符与当前版本号，以检查是否有可用更新。

• 传输内容仅为随机设备 ID 和版本号，不包含任何个人信息；
• 更新内容在后台静默下载并即时生效，不会收集您的任何行为数据。

赞赏验证截图 当您使用「赞赏兑换」功能时，您需从相册选择微信转账截图。该截图经压缩后以 base64 编码传输至验证服务器进行 OCR 识别（识别内容：转账单号、金额、留言备注）。

• 截图仅用于验证赞赏真实性，验证完成后立即丢弃，不在服务器存储；
• 验证结果（转账单号、金额、专属码）将写入您的账号记录；
• 截图文件本身不会被保存或用于其他用途。

二、我们如何使用您的信息

• 提供命理分析、六爻占卜等核心服务；
• 账号管理与身份验证（邮箱 / 手机号 + 密码登录）；
• 手机号注册与找回密码：向您的手机号发送短信验证码，用于验证手机号真实性及身份核验；
• 统计免费使用次数、验证邀请码权限；
• 语音指令功能：采集麦克风录音并调用百度语音识别 API 将语音转为文字，仅用于识别您的指令操作，识别完成后语音数据立即销毁，不作任何其他用途；
• 案例导入导出：您可通过导入功能批量录入命理案例，或通过导出功能将您的案例数据生成为 Excel 文件保存到本地或分享；导入的案例仅用于易学排盘与历史查阅，导出的文件由您自行保管，本应用不对导出文件做任何额外收集或上传；
• 赞赏验证：对您上传的微信转账截图进行 OCR 识别，提取转账单号、金额和备注信息，用于验证赞赏行为并发放性格分析兑换次数；
• 风水罗盘：读取设备磁力计数据实时计算方位角度，用于罗盘指针显示，数据不离开您的设备；
• 热更新服务：向 Expo 更新服务器发送设备标识与版本号，用于检查和推送应用更新，保障服务稳定性；
• 改善应用功能与用户体验；
• 法律法规要求的其他用途。

三、信息共享

我们不会向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。仅在以下情况下共享：

• 数据库服务商（Supabase）：账号信息和使用记录存储于 Supabase 服务器，其隐私政策见 supabase.com。
• 短信服务（腾讯云）：当您使用手机号注册或找回密码时，本应用通过服务端 API 调用腾讯云短信服务向您发送验证码短信。该过程仅传输您的手机号码与验证码内容，不包含其他任何个人信息（腾讯云隐私政策见 cloud.tencent.com）。
• AI 分析服务：性格分析功能调用第三方 AI 接口，仅传输您输入的出生信息，不包含邮箱、手机号等身份信息。
• 语音识别服务（百度语音开放平台）：当您使用语音指令功能时，您的语音音频（m4a 格式，经 TLS 加密）将传输至百度语音开放平台进行语音转文字处理。仅在您主动触发录音时传输，百度不会留存您的音频数据（百度隐私政策见 ai.baidu.com）；传输内容仅为语音音频，不包含任何身份信息；您可通过关闭系统麦克风权限随时停止此类数据共享。
• 法律要求：依法律要求或政府机关调查时，我们可能依法披露相关信息。

四、信息存储

• 存储期限：账号有效期内保留；注销账号后 30 个工作日内删除（法定留存信息除外）。
• 本地数据：未登录用户的使用次数等数据仅存于您的设备本地，卸载应用后自动清除。
• 数据存储位置：本应用使用 Supabase 提供的云数据库服务存储账号信息与使用记录，该服务商已承诺采取相应的数据处理义务及安全保障措施。您可依据本政策第五节行使查阅、复制、更正、删除等权利。

五、您的权利

您享有：

• 查阅、复制权：查看您的个人信息
• 更正权：更正不准确的个人信息
• 删除权：请求删除您的个人信息
• 撤回同意权：撤回此前给予的授权
• 账号注销权：申请注销账号并删除相关数据（注销后，您账号下的所有信息将在 30 个工作日内删除）

六、未成年人保护

本应用不适合 18 岁以下未成年人使用。如发现未成年人提供了个人信息，请监护人联系我们删除。

七、信息安全

我们采取 TLS 加密传输、数据库访问控制等措施保护您的个人信息。但请注意，互联网传输存在一定风险，我们无法保证绝对安全。

八、敏感权限说明

以下说明本应用各项敏感权限的申请目的：

🎙 麦克风权限（必要权限）

• 申请时机：首次使用「语音指令」功能时弹窗请求，不在首次启动 App 时主动申请；
• 使用目的：录制您主动发出的语音指令，通过百度语音识别 API 转为文字；
• 录音范围：仅在您按下录音按钮期间采集，按钮松开或识别完成后立即停止；
• 拒绝后果：关闭麦克风权限后语音指令功能不可用，其余所有功能不受影响；
• 关闭方式：「设置 → 隐私 → 麦克风 → 关闭锦鸿易道」（iOS）或「设置 → 应用 → 锦鸿易道 → 权限 → 麦克风 → 关闭」（Android）。

🖼 相册（照片库）写入权限（非必要权限）

• 申请时机：仅在您于「性格分析报告」页面主动点击「导出分析报告」按钮时弹窗请求，不在首次启动 App 时主动申请；
• 使用目的：将您生成的性格分析报告以图片形式保存至您的设备相册（照片库），便于您本地留存或分享；
• 数据范围：仅写入报告图片文件，本应用不会读取、上传或收集您相册中的任何照片；
• 拒绝后果：拒绝该权限后，报告导出至相册功能不可用，您仍可在应用内查看报告，其余所有功能不受影响；
• 关闭方式：「设置 → 隐私 → 照片 → 锦鸿易道」（iOS）或「设置 → 应用 → 锦鸿易道 → 权限 → 照片和视频 → 关闭」（Android）。

📁 文件选择权限（非必要权限）

• 申请时机：仅在您于八字/六爻「历史记录」页面主动点击「导入案例」按钮时弹窗请求，不在首次启动 App 时主动申请；
• 使用目的：选择您设备本地的 Excel 文件（.xlsx）用于批量导入命理案例；
• 数据范围：仅读取您主动选中的那一个文件，本应用不会扫描、读取或收集您设备中的其他任何文件；
• 拒绝后果：拒绝该权限后案例导入功能不可用，您仍可手动逐条录入案例，其余所有功能不受影响；
• 关闭方式：「设置 → 隐私 → 文件与文件夹 → 锦鸿易道」（iOS）或「设置 → 应用 → 锦鸿易道 → 权限 → 文件和媒体 → 关闭」（Android）。

🖼 相册（照片库）读取权限（非必要权限）

• 申请时机：仅在您在「赞赏兑换」页主动选择验证截图，或在「风水罗盘」页主动选择叠加图片时弹窗请求；
• 使用目的：读取您主动选中的图片文件，用于赞赏 OCR 验证或罗盘底图叠加；
• 数据范围：仅读取您主动选中的那一个文件，本应用不会扫描、读取或收集您相册中的其他任何照片；
• 拒绝后果：拒绝该权限后对应选图功能不可用，其余所有功能不受影响；
• 关闭方式：「设置 → 隐私 → 照片 → 锦鸿易道」（iOS）或「设置 → 应用 → 锦鸿易道 → 权限 → 照片和视频 → 关闭」（Android）。

本应用不申请以下权限：通讯录、相机、位置、日历、短信读取等与核心功能无关的权限。

九、本地存储说明

本应用在您的设备本地存储认证凭证（登录令牌）和功能计数（使用次数）。这些数据仅用于维持登录状态和功能正常运行，不用于广告定向或跨应用追踪。

十、隐私政策更新

本政策可能不定期更新。重大变更将在生效前通过应用内通知告知您。继续使用本应用视为接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy (English Version)

Version 3.2　　Effective Date: September 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Jinhong Yidao ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information Collected at registration/login: email address (email sign-up) or mobile phone number (phone sign-up).

Mobile Phone Number When you register with a mobile number, the App collects your mainland China phone number to: send SMS verification codes (via Tencent Cloud SMS) to verify the number is yours; serve as your login identifier together with your password; verify your identity when resetting your password. The App does not read your SMS messages and does not collect contacts, call logs, or any other phone data.

Service Information Collected when using fortune analysis: date of birth, birth hour, gender (used solely for traditional-astrology chart calculations; not linked to real identity).

Device Information A randomly-generated device identifier used only to count free usage — we do NOT collect IMEI, serial numbers, or other sensitive hardware identifiers.

Log Information Feature usage records and error logs (used to improve service stability; analysis content is never logged).

Voice Data (Sensitive Personal Information) When you use the Voice Command feature, the App requests Microphone permission and captures audio (m4a) only while you actively hold down the record button. Audio is captured only when you press the button — no background recording; audio is encrypted and streamed to Baidu Speech Recognition for transcription, then immediately discarded — not stored locally or on our servers; the transcription result is used only to execute your voice command, not stored or analyzed for any other purpose; you may revoke microphone permission at any time in device Settings.

Photo Library Write Access When you tap "Export Analysis Report" on the Personality Analysis Report page, the App requests write-only Photo Library permission to save the report image to your device. The App only writes the report image — it never reads, uploads, or collects any photos from your library.

Case Import Data When you use the Import Cases feature, you select an Excel file (.xlsx) from your device. The App reads and parses only the file you selected. The App does not scan or access any other files on your device; imported data is stored under your account and used solely for chart calculations and historical reference.

Photo Library Read Access (Sensitive Personal Information) The App requests Photo Library read permission when you actively select an image in: Appreciation Verification (select a WeChat transfer screenshot to verify your donation and unlock analysis credits); Feng Shui Compass (overlay a photo on the compass as a reference image). Permission is only requested when you initiate image selection — never silently or in background; you may revoke this permission in device Settings at any time.

Magnetometer Data When using the Feng Shui Compass, the App reads device magnetometer data to display the compass direction in real time. Data is read only while the compass screen is active — never stored, uploaded, or linked to your identity; data stream stops immediately when you leave the compass screen; this is a system-level sensor read requiring no additional permission.

OTA Update Data The App uses Expo OTA update service. On each launch, the device ID and version number are sent to Expo's update server to check for new versions. Only a random device ID and version number are transmitted — no personal information is included; updates download silently in background and take effect immediately.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide core services (fortune analysis, Liu Yao divination, etc.);
• Account management and authentication (email / phone + password login);
• Phone sign-up and password reset: send SMS verification codes to your phone number to verify the number is yours and to verify your identity;
• Count free usage and verify invite-code permissions;
• Voice Commands: transcribe microphone audio using Baidu Speech API for command recognition only — audio is destroyed immediately after;
• Case Import/Export: batch import cases or export them to an Excel file for your own use;
• Appreciation Verification: OCR-recognize WeChat transfer screenshots (transfer number, amount, note) to verify donations and grant analysis credits;
• Feng Shui Compass: read magnetometer data to display compass direction in real time; data stays on your device;
• OTA Updates: send device ID and version to Expo's update server to check and push app updates for service stability;
• Improve App functionality and user experience;
• Other purposes required by applicable law.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Database Provider (Supabase): account information and usage records are stored on Supabase servers. See supabase.com for their privacy policy.
• SMS Service (Tencent Cloud): when you register or reset your password with a phone number, the App calls Tencent Cloud SMS API to send you a verification code. Only your phone number and the code content are transmitted — no other personal information is included.
• AI Analysis Service: personality analysis calls a third-party AI API. Only the birth information you enter is transmitted — no email, phone number, or other identity information is included.
• Speech Recognition (Baidu Speech Platform): when you use Voice Commands, your audio (m4a, TLS-encrypted) is sent to Baidu Speech Platform for transcription. Audio is transmitted only when you actively record — Baidu does not retain your audio data; no identity information is included; you may revoke microphone permission in device Settings at any time.
• Legal Requirements: we may disclose information when required by law or government investigation.

4. Data Storage

• Retention Period: retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 business days after account cancellation (except where legally required).
• Local Data: for users not logged in, usage count data is stored only on your device and automatically cleared when the App is uninstalled.
• Data Storage Location: the App uses Supabase, a cloud database service, to store account information and usage records. The provider has committed to appropriate data processing obligations and security safeguards. You may exercise your rights to access, copy, correct, and delete your data as described in Section 5 of this policy.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and copy your personal information;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Delete your personal information;
• Withdraw consent previously given;
• Cancel your account and request deletion of associated data (all information under your account will be deleted within 30 business days after cancellation).

6. Protection of Minors

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. If a minor has provided personal information, their guardian may contact us to request deletion.

7. Information Security

We employ TLS encryption and database access controls to protect your personal information. However, internet transmission carries inherent risks; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Sensitive Permission Details

🎙 Microphone (Required for Voice Commands)

• Requested when you first use Voice Commands — never at App launch;
• Purpose: record your voice command and transcribe it via Baidu Speech API;
• Scope: records only while you hold the button; stops immediately when released or recognized;
• Denial impact: Voice Commands unavailable; all other features unaffected;
• How to disable: Settings → Privacy → Microphone → toggle off (iOS) or Settings → Apps → Jinhong Yidao → Permissions → Microphone → Deny (Android).

🖼 Photo Library Write (Optional)

• Requested only when you tap "Export Analysis Report" — never silently;
• Purpose: save the personality report image to your photo library;
• Scope: writes the report image only — never reads, uploads, or collects any photos from your library;
• Denial impact: report export unavailable; all other features unaffected.

📁 File Selection (Optional)

• Requested only when you tap "Import Cases" — never silently;
• Purpose: select an Excel file (.xlsx) for batch case import;
• Scope: reads only the file you selected — does not scan or access any other files;
• Denial impact: case import unavailable; manual entry still available.

🖼 Photo Library Read (Optional)

• Requested when you select a verification screenshot or compass background image;
• Purpose: read your selected image for OCR verification or compass overlay;
• Scope: reads only the image you selected — does not scan or access any other photos;
• Denial impact: screenshot selection and compass overlay unavailable; all other features unaffected.

The App does not request: Contacts, Camera, Location, Calendar, SMS access, or any permission unrelated to its core features.

9. Local Storage

The App stores authentication tokens and usage counters locally on your device. This data is used solely to maintain your login session and app functionality — never for ad targeting or cross-app tracking.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be notified in-app before taking effect. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
